Project Overview
Halo Infinite is the latest installment in the iconic Halo franchise, developed by Halo Studios (formerly 343 Industries). The game represents a spiritual reboot of the series, featuring an open-world campaign and free-to-play multiplayer component.
As a Senior UI Technical Artist at Halo Studios, I contributed to both the campaign and multiplayer experiences, specializing in diegetic UI implementation, optimization, and user experience design. My work spanned from the initial launch through multiple seasonal updates, focusing on creating immersive UI that seamlessly integrates with the game world while maintaining optimal performance across all platforms.

- Led UI/UX optimization, reducing memory footprint by over 50MB.
- Built and integrated navpoint systems for game mode legibility, collaborating across teams to support both campaign and multiplayer experiences.
- Created and implemented cinematic diegetic UI for narrative moments, enhancing immersion and storytelling throughout the campaign.
- Led UX and contributed to game and level design for Firefight King of the Hill, Infection, Extraction, and seasonal live updates.
